Samhain Gathering of Men 2016

Crann Og Eco Farm, County Galway IRELAND

Friday 11th November

Gather at Crann Og Eco Farm come evening time between 4 and 6pm, check in, circle up and drop into ourselves. This is a time for connection. There will be hearty food, fire, storytelling  and song.  Not to mention the Craic !

Saturday 12th November

In the morning Flor Burke will facilitate a walk in the woods, in silence, awakening to our intuition. The woods are ancient Oak and Hazel, a magnificent habitat for deer, fox, hare and hawk.
After breakfast international teacher/trainer,  Laurence Johns (visiting Mankind Project UK & Ireland center manager, will facilitate a full day master class on how to run a men’s group effectively. This is high end up-skilling for those interested in enhancing their work with men and groups.
After dinner, led by facilitators, we will connect with an ancient tradition, used at Samhain, to take stock of all that has happened and to use the sacred space created to meditate on what needs to be done in the year ahead.  A time to call in ancestors, for back-up and support.  As we gather in circle, the opportunity for personal transformation will be ever present.

Sunday 13th November

After a hearty breakfast, we have time for putting what’s been learned into practice.  There will be additional ceremonial work with facilitators, grounding and preparing us for going back out into the world.
We then circle up, give thanks for our experiences together and our abundance.  Then it’s time to check out, say our goodbyes and return to our lives and mission with new perspectives and renewed energy.
